I had a annual contract due for my ailing brother’s home.( John Giovenco 329 Second Avenue Massapequa Park NY) He is in the hospital due to a heart attack and stage 4 cancer. I was extremely happy to have a call back From Supervisor Cynthia....who took the time to empathize and listen to my concerns. Cynthia was sincere and thoughtful.
