The service man is eff, polite and wore a mask making me comfortable. Although he couldn't find the reason I had no heat or hot water but left with everything working. Just wish I knew why???? Before it gets colder

Although late in coming (I had chosen an 8-12 period), I understand things happen. The tech was very friendly and wore a mask.

The tech was very helpful and gave me good tips on how to use and set the boiler correctly. He wore a mask without me requesting so and put Plastic slippers On his shoes when I requested so.

Our hot water was broken and they were going to send a technician but before they came the check to make sure nobody was positive or had been around someone who was positive for Covid. They had just tested people in my company I was not one of them but they waited the extra two days to make sure everything would be perfectly safe and then they showed up at the crack of dawn.
