The tech was very helpful and gave me good tips on how to use and set the boiler correctly. He wore a mask without me requesting so and put Plastic slippers On his shoes when I requested so.

Our hot water was broken and they were going to send a technician but before they came the check to make sure nobody was positive or had been around someone who was positive for Covid. They had just tested people in my company I was not one of them but they waited the extra two days to make sure everything would be perfectly safe and then they showed up at the crack of dawn. Answered all my questions with compassion and concern. Took care of all my needs in a professional, proactive manner. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I’m only sorry I cannot remember the names of the phone representative and service tech who responded. They were stellar!

Tech came in observed what needed to be done fixed my problem immediately. I told him had appointment for Friday to have boiler cleaned he said no worries he would take care of it now while he’s there already. The tech was a gentleman and my family couldn’t be happier.
