Answered all my questions with compassion and concern. Took care of all my needs in a professional, proactive manner. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I’m only sorry I cannot remember the names of the phone representative and service tech who responded. They were stellar!

Tech came in observed what needed to be done fixed my problem immediately. I told him had appointment for Friday to have boiler cleaned he said no worries he would take care of it now while he’s there already. The tech was a gentleman and my family couldn’t be happier. I ordered AC filters that came in damaged during shipping. I contacted. Petro and spoke to Michelle Peres who Immediately apologized and contacted the Petro Deot who ordered the filters. I then received a call from Kim Carney also apologizing and she arranged to have Petro pick them up this week and reorder new ones. Both Michelle and Kim should be complimented for their excellent customer service and getting new ones ordered promptly I’ve been a customer with Petro for over 40 years and these two people are fantastic.
