I had Service Tech Will over on 12/06 to fix a leak and tune up my burner. He was very professional, clear with what he was going to do, and answered ALL of my questions (I want to make sure proper person gets acknowledged how do I do that? thanks!)
I have been with PETRO Oil for years. I don't like the BS. pricing that I go thru every year. In the past I have gotten a price area that the cost should be at. I was given a low price and a ceiling price. Over the last few years the price is always right at or close to the ceiling price. So what the point of going thru the BS. negotiation every year. The ceiling price always seems higher then the going rate across the Island.
Glen did a great job. He is very professional and respectful. Petro has always done a great job taking care of my home.
