I requested service on my oil burner. I was able to get a same-day appointment. The service technician arrived within the promised time period and I received an e-mail alert regarding the status of his arrival. The service technician promptly diagnosed and remedied the problem. He clearly explain the problem to me. The technician was very polite and pleasant.
