He provided a very clear step by step examination of the problem encountered and thoroughly inspected all related Elements that may have been affected. He had also kept very detailed information of a previous maintenance service that was very supportive of the current inspection. From Alexa answering the phone, answering my numerous questions and getting my family a service call for same night all the way to Dan, the repair man. Amazing is all I can say. Took time to be polite, both of them. Showed they cared and Alexa said if I had any other questions to call her back and that says a lot 😁😁
