The mechanic called and he did not have to come out. Sometimes when we receive oil deliveries the boiler has to be reset. The follow up phone calls and emails is awesome. I do not feel alone and abandoned when I get the communications. Bottom line Petro demonstrates that you care about your customers. 😊😊
