I had a problem with my boiler and I call Petro for service and from the beginning everything went well. I didn't have to wait on the phone for long the operator was very nice and send some one to fix my boiler the same day even thought I call around noon, she send Chris Chris was phenomenal he was able to detect the problem of my boiler in seconds just by listening to the sound of the boiler. I had a leak in the oil burner the service man came earlier than expected which was great he fixed the problem he was a complete pleasure to have in the house smart and courteous
Petro is the Best. Period!!! I called because I had no hot water. Imagine having a daughter who was taking a shower and boom NO HOT water. Oh Boy lol. I called Petro and Bam 20 minutes later they show up at my door. Incredible. They are the best. Price is not everything in life. There oil prices are reasonable but again its not the oil price i care so much about. Its the great people who work there. Its the excellent service they provide. They never let me down. I am a customer for life.
