The Petro maintenance rep was reliable,and very efficient in his work
I had a leak in the oil burner the service man came earlier than expected which was great he fixed the problem he was a complete pleasure to have in the house smart and courteous
Petro is the Best. Period!!! I called because I had no hot water. Imagine having a daughter who was taking a shower and boom NO HOT water. Oh Boy lol. I called Petro and Bam 20 minutes later they show up at my door. Incredible. They are the best. Price is not everything in life. There oil prices are reasonable but again its not the oil price i care so much about. Its the great people who work there. Its the excellent service they provide. They never let me down. I am a customer for life.

Appointment was between 12pm and 3pm. I had to make several phone calls to find out what time the technician will come. My last phone call was at 8.30pm and the technician showed up after 9.30pm. The mechanic was great fixed the boiler and I finished after 11pm. On my last phone call I was given a credit for $100.00. When there is no heat in a house you should be more mindful of your customers needs
