WHEN I CALLED I SPOKE WITH CHRISTEIN SHE WAS VERY NICE AND WE TOLD HER WHAT WAS WRONG. SHE TOLD US SOMEONE WOULD BE THERE BETWEEN 11 AM - 2PM . THE SERVICE MAN CAME AROUND 10 AM. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME AND WHEN HE WAS FINISHED HE TOLD US WHAT WAS WRONG. WE ARE A LONG TIME CUSTOMER AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH A SERVICE CALL THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH YOU ARE GREAT
