I called and a technician arrived 2 hours later. He was polite and neat and was able to replace a part on my oil burner that fixed what wasn’t working. It really was amazing to have my problem solved so quickly!
Raul was wonderful. Our thermostat was programmed in a complicated way. We explained that we wanted it to be simple: Raul made it really simple. He is a very savvy intelligent man who sliced the problem quickly and efficiently.
