Petro has been a great experience for me using them for the past 14 years. They always responded to my needs very quickly and are easy to contact in person when I call them. The workers have been very polite and kind to me also. I would always recommend Petro to everyone who ask me who they should use

I have been with this company for 8 years. The level of customer service I have received is the reason I stay. Whether it is for a routine maintenance call or a middle of the night emergency (thank goodness only one of those) I have not been disappointed.

We signed a contract with Petro last September (2019). We had 0 issues until it came time for our free tune up. We arranged for my teenage step son to be home to assist with letting the technician in. Technician was running late, no problem. Technician arrived, and was at our home for 3 minutes. Told my step son to tell us we needed our basement fumigated, and then maybe someone would come back. He stated it was over run by crickets! Talk about insulting, and not true! We have been longtime clients of Petro aka General and Bangston. It's great to see even with all the mergers that this company comes through with great service. We recently changed to digital thermostat and changed out our oil tank. All involved were professional and did great jobs. When you need service they are always there for you.

Best oil company, best service and help with big bills. Say enough about them. Just installed a new oil tank in my basement and are filling the old one. Couldn’t be more pleased.
