The technician arrived during the expected time and did an excellent job in checking out the oil burner and I felt confident that he took care of any possible problems. He did an excellent job.

I signed up for a contract with Petro at my plumber's suggestion. I was unsure who to chose and he suggested this company. My thermocouple was not working. I decided to purchase the elite plan and within two hours a service man was at our door and within the hour, it was fixed and we had heat again. The service man explained how the thermocouple wears out every few years and it was a routine fix. I am sure the price I paid for the plan was already balanced out by that service visit. Was here on time. Technician knew my burner hadn’t been cleaned in awhile so he offered to do it. Afterwards everything was cleaned up as it was. Before
