Wayne the technician is hands down the best!!! I have had other Petro technicians who didn't take the care and time to do the job right. Wayne made sure that the job was done right and his professionalism and knowledge are something that Petro should encourage in its technicians.

I recently had my boiler serviced for its annual tune up. The service person was on time, courteous and thorough. Great job. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the rude phone rep. that called me to discuss my contract. When I informed the rep. that I would not be renewing with Petro, due to the high oil price, the rep. became noticeably irritated and ended our conversation with a sarcastic, “good luck”.
