1. Burner cleaning must be done in Summer! 2. The technician should have been cleaner. He walked from the furnace room on to a rug. the floor, the garage with soiled shoes. 3. I want my burner to be inspected and cleaned during the summer not in the dead of Winter. This my request for 2023. I have been a customer for over 30 years and you still get it wrong.
