Our 4 yr old furnace stopped working on a night that was six degrees out. We have a Petro service plan and called at 5:30 am. They told us someone would be out between 9:30 and 12:30. To our relief the repairman arrived at 7:30. He diagnosed the issue quickly, had the replacement part on hand, and had our heat working quickly. We were very appreciative.

The problem happened on the weekend, so we thought we might not be able to have a technician in the same day although we have 24/365 contract because some companies promises you something and do something else. On the contrary to our expectations, we had a same day visit, and the problem was solved. What a huge relief!
