Very impersonal. No contact since i initially reached out to sign first agreement. Typical corporation, happy to sign you up for a subscription and continue to charge you until canceled. Not a great business model. There is no connection to the company and i will likely cancel once my year is up. Disappointed.
Called on a Thursday night after I got home from work on a very cold day realized issue with heat very chilly in the house tried to use reset button for burner it would not come on so I called petro oil great customer service they had someone out that same night to fix the issue and the technician was very nice he called ahead to let me know about what time he would be arriving

The worst I had an appointment today between 5pm and 8pm. On my way home from work I missed a call at 4.35 pm. I dialed the number right back and got into the company’s mailbox. I hung up at 4.50 when I pulled into my driveway. At 5 I started calling again finally after 15mins my call was answered. Of course I was told the technician went to another appointment.
