Awful service March through April to fix the 2 year old furnace I purchased from you. 9 service calls till you finally sent a technician who was trained to work on my furnace. It’s an Energy Kinetics Reslove …. frustrating and unacceptable Lost hours of my time waiting for service every time furnace stop producing hear and hot water.
