I’m on the fence about coming back. Not sure I would feel like a responsible pet parent. We’ve taken our boys here previously for grooming and playtime a few times and things were fine. This review is based on their first boarding experience. Initially, we assumed the dogs wouldn’t be kept in a kennel all day. After doing our research and calling several times we discovered, playtime is not included in their boarding fee. It costs extra. I’ve had nothing but trouble with this organization from not giving my dog his required meds on time to now saying I have a balance on his account from December. Get real. I would pay each time he went when he got picked up. You best take that balance off his account. I will never take him there again.

Horrible horrible horrible! They do not take care of pets AT ALL. Be careful if you chose this place!

Don't let this shiny, new facility fool you! This place discriminates against dog breeds and finds nothing wrong with their way of doing business as they see it as a way of "protection". Really this place is only concerned for their insurance and not for the dogs. I was informed that my 2 year old English Bulldog is a "power breed" (I have never been told this before!) and is not able to participate in any group dog play if he were to stay there. Hi Dani, Our power breed guests are not isolated and enjoy the same play spaces that dogs in group play do. During individual playtimes with our staff, they enjoy undivided attention and use of toys that group dogs do not get to use. I understand this is disappointing to potential human customers but our canine guests love us and have a blast playing with us. Please feel free to stop in for a tour and you can see for yourself.

Breed discrimination without behavior evaluation is absolutely inexcusable, and the canned corporate reply that I’m sure will be posted in response to this comment is a sad excuse for the justification of an unfair and unfounded policy.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because you have breed restrictions but you sure don’t on lite yappy dogs that are more likely to bite than any other dogs
