they clearly do not pay attention to owner needs. especially since I love my son more than anything (Dog). yet can't follow simple directions and the complaints from everyone else. really forgetting to feed dogs. disgraceful.

😡THEY ONLY FEED YOUR DOG HALF THEIR MEALS😡 PetSuites located at 333 Taylor Rd, Chesapeake, VA, clearly DO NOT have the best interest of your pets. They lack training, process flow, and professionalism. This is the SECOND TIME that my two dogs have only been fed HALF of their meals during their 3 and 4 night stays. We’ve been taking our Golden Retriever mix boy here for grooming for a while now. Casey is the best! We’ve also boarded him for a couple of nights and I don’t remember any issues. Our second time boarding him, early April, is a whole different story. Communication was horrible. When we called to check on him it felt like it was a bother. They don’t call to give updates. DO NOT LET YOUR PET STAY HERE!!!! This is the second time I allowed my pup to stay at this place and when I picked him up he had something OUTRAGEOUS going on with him. He was coughing up BLOOD the first time and he came in for a grooming the text and said he was ready for pick up and he was soaking wet and coughing up blood! Today I pick him up and his tail is pouring blood he was supposed to be cleaned but his fur has blood all over and ONE OF HIS EYES IS BLOODY LOOKS LIKE IT IS HANGING A LITTLE BIT! Picked our dog up after a quick overnight stay… the foyer smelled of cat and dog urine so badly, it hurt to breathe. They brought me his twin sized bed comforter and it was drenched in urine, not a dry spot anywhere. He’s a 7year Golden who’s never once had an accident since he was a little puppy. He’s not sick because he’s been fine since he got home. When I showed my shock to the attendant, she simply shrugged. I am planning an upcoming vacation and brought my dogs to be evaluated for doggie daycare and boarding. I called the day before and was told bring them anytime, the evaluation is quick, and they can spend the rest of the day in doggie daycare if they pass. I arrived at 0630 (when they open) my dogs were the first ones there that day. DO NOT BOARD YOUR ANIMALS HERE! If we could give zero stars, that would be too many. On Tuesday 8/23 we dropped off our three dogs for a 3-day overnight boarding. On Thursday evening we received a call as we drove back into town, informing us that “one of” our dogs (viszla or pug) had blood in urine and was vomiting. We informed them that we would be able to pick them up within the hour, as we were fortunate to not need Thursday night. I have been taking Boomer to doggy daycare since he was a puppy however for the convenience of my family, I decided to take Boomer to Pet Suites for an evaluation. I was told I needed to be there by 9:00 AM, however he wouldn’t go play until after 10:00AM and that it was dependent on how “busy” they were. I expressed to the lady that he can get over stimulated and to just let him be if he did. I picked up Boomer at 1:30 only to be told he failed his evaluation.
