I feel devastated and betrayed remembering the way our pets were treated at this place. The trust that we gave them turned into a cruel deception. We had to leave the city due to a family commitment, and the idea of leaving our dogs in a place that promised to look after them with love and dedication gave a false sense of security. I am not one to post a poor review but I am very disappointed with how my first day went with Pet Suites and frankly upset that my dog was in this situation for the last 6.5 hours. I dropped my dog off for her evaluation at 8am and informed the staff I would be back at 230 to pick her up. Upon returning to pick her up I was informed that my dog had been in a kennel the entire time with one potty break and did not get her evaluation done due to staffing issues.
