This was our first time using Pet Suites after our regular boarding closed due to covid. We were extremely happy as they sent pictures & gave Gator extra treats, love & attention. We could definitely see he was loved & treated with care & would definitely recommend & will board him there again 🐕 ❤️

Our usual daycare and boarding location was full for the holidays so we decided to try out PetSuites Winter Springs. It’s closer than the other location, approximately the same cost, and it’s easier to get to as its right off 417. The location is clean, the staff is both friendly and knowledgeable, and they do very well with Jarvis who is known to have anxiety both in new places and with separation. I was hesitant to leave a review because I hate leaving anything negative, but I know I look to other reviews before making a decision. The facility is clean and staff is friendly. We wanted a place for our dog to be able to play all day with other dogs while we were out of town. We boarded our dog here and had her do a handful of doggy daycare days over the summer all with the understanding that she was getting to “play all day” because we paid for the “silver” package.
