These guys are the best…there just aren’t words. They love our boys as much as we do! Complete peace of mind when our boys are in their care.
I have been being my dogs here since Covid started. They always have treated my animals the best. But recently they have been slacking in care. I needed to have my dogs nails clipped. They gave me an appointment for the the next day. I asked many times if they could cut them while I waited since I had to walk him there and I have a baby so it would be hard to get back. Horrible, Horrible-ppl can't do their job. I made a reservation online then called in to confirm. Was told I was confirmed and then had my vet send over the updated records. Once they received the records no one bothered to check to make sure all was good. Nor did they call to tell me that I was missing a vaccine for my dog. Drove over 20 min this morning to get checked in at 7am like I was instructed and They couldn't find my reservation. Then they said my vet didn't send the records.
