If I could give Zero stars … I would!! Totally unprofessional staff who do not communicate well or stand by their promises - do not trust these people with your pets and they are overpriced for “just ok” service! They put in new policies and lie and say that’s how it has always been - staff member I engaged with had no listening or critical thinking skills - even though i sent everything in advanced - and had a complete conversation about it and was told to come in and it would not be a problem bc i was an existing custome... read more

Please be aware that an online reservation is not actually a reservation. It is only a "request". We booked our dogs online and paid the deposit and thought we had a reservation. When we went online to check for an estimate for the stay, we found out we were on a waitlist. Behind 20 other people. So not only do we NOT have a reservation, we have no hope of getting one as the holiday is in a week and a half. They said we were supposed to get a text and/or an email. We received neither. Complete incompetence.

Progress reports not worth the extra money Very inconsistent service

I have been being my dogs here since Covid started. They always have treated my animals the best. But recently they have been slacking in care. I needed to have my dogs nails clipped. They gave me an appointment for the the next day. I asked many times if they could cut them while I waited since I had to walk him there and I have a baby so it would be hard to get back. We will always have at least 1 groomer in the building everyday until 1pm and have senior staff also here to do nail trims as needed so I am sorry that you were given the wrong answer on doing a trim. Horrible, Horrible-ppl can't do their job. I made a reservation online then called in to confirm. Was told I was confirmed and then had my vet send over the updated records. Once they received the records no one bothered to check to make sure all was good. Nor did they call to tell me that I was missing a vaccine for my dog. Drove over 20 min this morning to get checked in at 7am like I was instructed and They couldn't find my reservation. Then they said my vet didn't send the records.
