I have been bringing my pup here for almost 2 years at least twice a week. . They have fantastic staff, great area for play and my dog always returns home happy and exhausted. Thank you all for taking care of Emmie!!

My groomer is amazing. She has groomed my dogs for a few years and is truly amazing. Nakia is professional and friendly and listens to everything I ask of her. Her suggestions are always on point and I also listen to what she thinks would work best for my dogs. I will continue to take my dogs to her because I love the way she handles my dogs who each have issues and she is absolutely amazing with them. 2nd straight visit that we asked for our dog to be bathed before pick up and 2nd straight visit that it wasn't done. We made a point of reminding them about the 1st failure so that it wouldn't happen again, but it did. We've been loyal customers with a brief lull when we were between dogs. I'm very disappointed and will be looking for alternatives.

If I could give Zero stars … I would!! Totally unprofessional staff who do not communicate well or stand by their promises - do not trust these people with your pets and they are overpriced for “just ok” service! They put in new policies and lie and say that’s how it has always been - staff member I engaged with had no listening or critical thinking skills - even though i sent everything in advanced - and had a complete conversation about it and was told to come in and it would not be a problem bc i was an existing custome... read more

Please be aware that an online reservation is not actually a reservation. It is only a "request". We booked our dogs online and paid the deposit and thought we had a reservation. When we went online to check for an estimate for the stay, we found out we were on a waitlist. Behind 20 other people. So not only do we NOT have a reservation, we have no hope of getting one as the holiday is in a week and a half. They said we were supposed to get a text and/or an email. We received neither. Complete incompetence.

Progress reports not worth the extra money Very inconsistent service
