First time at their new location and it was not a great experience! Entered the facility at 8:07 AM and was the third person in line. At 8:25 a mom and her daughter walked out, due to the rudeness of the receptionist. Her behavior was very inconsistent and her voice was so quiet that several people became frustrated by having to repeat questions because they could not hear her response. This was my second time in this facility. The first time I walked in and the receptionist was honest and explained there would be a wait, which I expected. The second time I made an appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early, as requested. When I walked in the receptionist asked if I had an appointment, what my name was, if I had been there before and what the reason for my visit was. Hey lady at the desk....you are so rude! I made an appointment for a physical for pre-employment physical and TB shot....made my appointment online which was so easy then was told that I could not see the doctor because it wasn't authorized? Ugh...why not? Perfectly willing to pay put of pocket, but wasn't even told that was an option. Just rushed out the door with a curt and dismissive "Thank you." Don't even bother making an appt unless you have an hour to sit and wait after your scheduled appt time.

Tried making an appointment for the next day but only had afternoon appointments. I went as soon as they opened since they are a WALK IN clinic. 2 people before me. The lady checks me in, couple people start trickling in with appointments. I notice my wait time says 4 hours while everyone else says 20ish minutes. After about an hour I ask if my wait is really the 4 hours "no. That's just an estimate". I sit back down for about 30 minutes and everyone with appoints is being called back. Ok. Quite a struggle here. I made an appointment online for 5pm, showed up at 4:40p, and never made it to a room until 5:45. There was nobody waiting before me, and nobody else came in after me. Not a single soul for the immediate care. Not even anyone walking out from the back area where they take you to a room. I finally was given my signed form at 6:15... I'd been miserable for more than a week with serious sinus pain and persistent cough. I'd tried every home remedy I could and finally couldn't take the pain and lack of sleep anymore. Before selecting an immediate care provider, I called one in Niles and this one in Park Ridge. The one in Niles, which I went to a few years ago, had an almost two hour wait. Slow service compared to other physicians immediate care locations I have been to. I made an appointment at this location because they had the time I wanted compared to others in the area. arrived about 10 minutes prior to my appointment, checked in, and waited. According to the computer screen there was no one else in line in front of me, and 2 people being seen in treatment rooms in the back at the time I arrived. The doctors and nurses are amazing. I had a personal issue that was quite embarrassing, but they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. HOWEVER, the receptionists need to learn how to answer the damn phone or set up a voicemail. I've called every hour on the hour to try and get test results and I can't get ahold of anyone.
