The doctors and nurses are amazing. I had a personal issue that was quite embarrassing, but they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. HOWEVER, the receptionists need to learn how to answer the damn phone or set up a voicemail. I've called every hour on the hour to try and get test results and I can't get ahold of anyone. I came here because it was the closest facility open and I was in severe pain. Got in and out and everyone was nice. However it took them 1 hour to transfer my medicine in their system. I was in severe pain, but had to wait so long just to pick up my medication. Not a good feeling when your in pain and need to go home and rest.
