Came at 6am to wait in line for covid testing. Opens at 8, long line. Expect to wait till noon to get tested. Ridiculous and inefficient.

Horrid. Front desk employee named Angel extremely unprofessional and rude, but worse yet placed her own personal interests over the health of patients. While we were waiting, she spent time socializing with a male friend who was there, while ignoring patients, including a woman with a baby who could not walk, and a teenager in medical distress! The website shows a picture of a doctor a real MD. The reality is they don't have any real doctors here only Physician's assistants. They're completely unsure and insecure when it comes to trying to treat some medical problems. Completely over their heads. You will just waste your time going here before making an appointment to see a real doctor. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE WEBSITE!!

This place doesn't even deserve a star. The facility is nice but I must've had the worst immediate care ever. These physicians are not experienced for anything beyond a cold in my opinion. I required stitches on my thumb which I thought was no big deal and not only was I left with scarring and no sensation in my thumb- but I was totally ignored when I reached out about the matter. Five stars for initial care - six staples in my son's head (thank you, Hurricane Harbor water park). We were seen quickly and they were great to explain everything being done. Follow up took long enough that we had to leave and come back because we'd be late for something else. But another $40 co-pay was needed. Hmmmm. Now here for staple removal and we are an hour and a half in, no end in sight. Waiting room empty but us, ppl who came in after us were seen. I ask about it and they say, well they had appointments. This place is a complete joke! It is a shame that Park Ridge allows such a joke of a business in there community. This location is extremely unprofessional and the previous reviews prove this to be true. I was seen at this location and they did not even provide a full examination. They sat me in a room for 30 minutes and gave me Benadryl and that was it!! I filed a complaint and the manager of the clinic did nothing. If you are in need of medical attention stay far away from this place!!

Seems to only be concerned about taking your money. Called in with a simple question: do you have an x-Ray machine that could diagnose gallstones? The rude lady initially straight up refused to answer, offering up an appointment and recommended that we come in and speak with a doctor. She explained that she could not provide any medical advice. Lady at the front desk is extremely extremely rude again. Second time here- saw her walking in and thought this is going to be really really bad. Of course it was horrible again
