I made an appointment for 2:00 today. I arrived at 2:00 and was taken back at 2:25. By 3:00 I still had not been seen. I asked how much longer it would be and was told they only had one provider and that the wait times were running over 3 hours. I told them I understood that but I had an appointment and that the receptionist was not telling people that there was a three-hour wait. If I was told that I would have rescheduled. I told them I had to leave as I had another appointment at 4:00. As I left the receptionist sa... read more

I walked in, they told me to go to the ER, & sent me a bill for $165!!! They didn't DO anything. They had no idea what was wrong with me. The ER doc looked at me, & asked "WHY are you here????" I've NO intention of paying that bill!!!

Never bring a child here! We brought our 2 year old who has a strep throat and two ear infections here, and the Nurse was incredibly rude with our child. He scolded our 2 year old during the appointment repeatedly, until my wife had to tell him to stop. A two year old with strep throat and ear infections is naturally going to be fussy, and the nurse did not even attempt to be patient with him. We will never bring our child here again after this experience.

I first went here when I had bronchitis and had a good experience. They gave me a nebulizer treatment and a prescription for an inhaler. However, they told me to follow up with my primary care doctor or come back within 3 days to make sure things sounded better. I made an appt to come back at 8:30am on a Wednesday. I followed all of the steps to register and checkin online. I texted them saying I was here and the message said to wait in my car until they messaged me and I come inside. After waiting 10 minutes, I realiz... read more

These people are fake doctors. Save yourself the time and go somewhere to get real care. They'll take your money and you'll end up having to go see another doctor anyway with an ACTUAL medical degree. These people are glorified assistants.

This place is terrible. They cancelled my previous appointment without telling me and then made me and my daughter wait 30 minutes when we came back. No communication at all.

I went here for a pre-employment physical for a travel nurse job as I wouldn't be able to get into my primary care physician for a couple months. I scheduled the appointment online and I had to upload a copy of my insurance card as I had checked the box stating I would be using my insurance. I got to the facility and they said they do not bill insurance for physicals. The cost was $75 which is way more than what my insurance co-pay would have been. There is no where on the website that states they do not take insurance for p... read more

My son had a high fever (103) and cloudy urine. I did a uti test strip at home that was positive for leukocytes, Took a screenshot to show them when I went in there. The PA insisted that boys don't get UTIs, and pushed for a Covid test, which I told him was going to be negative. And it was. Discharged him with the diagnosis of fever of unknown origin and told me to just treated with Motrin. Gave my kid cranberry juice and it cleared up on its own. A week later, they called to follow up and make sure that my son was taking hi... read more
