If you don't have a computer or are too sick to check in with your telephone don't come here. Also, they don,t take american express, checks or cash... That being said, the doctors are great.

Made an appointment early in the morning for an afternoon time slot. Showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment and was told it would be a 3 hour wait or I could try and come early the next morning. I won't bother wasting my time.
Beware - they will charge you without checking insurance or knowing if you have a co-pay or have met your deductible. Their billing department could care less when trying to get a refund - that is if you don't get disconnected or left on hold for an hour. It took them 2 seconds to take my money but supposedly cannot issue a refund. It's a joke. I only paid it because I was desperate to be seen but will not be going back there.
I came here for an ear ache because regular Doctor booked and Illinois Bone and Joint stated they do not handle that. Appointment at 1040am preregistration online. One Physician on call never came in to see me at 1130 in a room for almost an hour then told have an emergency and will not be seen for another 20 minutes. Told them this is not right and would like refund and not willing to wait any longer. Do not waste your time/health here.
Go to a proper MD office. At least you'll see the person making determinations about your health.
Went here to test for strep and they said it would take 10-15 minutes for results. I had already been waiting for an hour prior to be called, and then it took 30-40 minutes for my results and a nurse to come. I also went here prior for a fractured toe, and their website said they had an x-ray and we showed up and they sent us someplace else. They didn't have an x-ray available like they said.
Steer clear. What you won't get: 1) a doctor 2) A thorough, competent exam 3) a smile 4) antibiotics What you WILL get: 1) a group of unqualified clown assistants masquerading as 'doctors' 2) shockingly poor bedside manor 3) a bill You're better off going to Walgreens.
Had tests done - have received two calls and a letter for me to call back with lab results. The phone numbers are all the same but when I call either on hold forever or told called the wrong number. Horrible service. Will not visit again.
I made an appointment for 2:00 today. I arrived at 2:00 and was taken back at 2:25. By 3:00 I still had not been seen. I asked how much longer it would be and was told they only had one provider and that the wait times were running over 3 hours.
