This place was amazing! The office is clean, they provide snacks, and there is parking, which is very convenient. I walked in today and was seen within 5 minutes. Not sure if it was the time of day (4:00) or if they're always really fast. Either way, it was great for me! The doctor was nice, knowledgable, and gentle. I appreciated the professionalism and careful diagnosis. I'll be coming back here for any urgent care needs I ever have in the future!

Excellent job. Very professional and efficient. Dr. Horner is as good as it gets and Rita is incredibly professional as well. Also appreciated the quick response and efficiency with my test results. The ability to check-in online is also a major plus and not always available with urgent care facilities. Highly recommended.

I popped in on a Sunday afternoon to get some stitches removed. This is a very professional operation, bigger than you'd think from the street. From check in to check out, everything except your medical history/privacy policy signature is electronic, including where you are in the wait list. Super clean, everything looks new. I was battling the flu for a few days, and could not leave the bed. I decided I had to see a doctor, and I Yelped the closest location, and Immediate MD was the closest. I had considered going to a minute clinic at CVS or the Walgreens equivalent because of name brand, however the glowing reviews here convinced me to stop by Immediate MD. It was a great experience. Best medical experience of my life!!! It's a walk-in but you can make a reservation online as early as 30 minutes before you go. It's more like a visit to a spa than an urgent care! Free wi-fi, refreshments, amazing staff! I was seen immediately, and within minutes had a disc of my x-rays, a diagnosis, a wrist brace put on, a note to get out of work, and doctor referrals. Immediate MD treated me quickly. The facility was very nice and clean. It also has a parking lot. The nurse and doctor were top notch. They treated me with outstanding care and concern. I will be back.

Every person from the front desk lady to the nurse were so friendly and accommodating. I didn't have to wait but maybe 5 minutes before getting called back. Overall, this place is where you want to go if you're under the weather.

Everyone at immediate md was so professional, thorough, nice and quick. We all have been there when we are really sick or hurt and you call your primary dr and they are booked 2weeks out. Well that just doesn't work when you have a job or kids to attend to. This is a great solutions without having to deal with the ER and a lower copayment! Win win!
