I went to Immediate MD because my seven-year old daughter had a fever, cough, etc. for about four days and hadn't cleared up. I wasn't in the mood to fight to take her to her pediatrician downtown. I had seen that this place had just opened up so we came here. Obviously being new to open the place was clean, modern and nice. It was easy to fill out paperwork and get an opt. however it took 40 mins to even get to a back room with 1 person in the waiting room with me. I could also hear the providers from the waiting room talking about the patient ahead of me and their medication.will not be back

Gave this place and organization 1 star. Trust me it would be less if Yelp allowed that. Subsequently I got a message that asked me to email them with the details of my disputed bill. I emailed immediately. Of course no reply. Have called customer service (which is a call center in the Philippines and so these operators have no authority or knowledge to do anything.) If I could give this place zero stars I would. My child went in for a sore throat. Got told by the RN (you never get a doctor) that she would run Covid, Strep and flu tests which was fine. I get the bill a few weeks later and it's for other tests that I was neither informed of or give consent to. The tests amounted to over $400. I called the billing department and for the last 2 months there has been no resolution. Was able to schedule appointment for Sunday am. Upon arrival Doors were closed, no one was there, no one answered the phones. Nothing. Was left standing outside (17 degrees) while I tried to find another provider and wait for uber. Unbelievable.

It was such a waste of time. I visited this clinic since my primary doctor was out of the office. The office clerk treated me with an attitude, and the care provider gave the bare minimum medication and was reluctant to refill medication. Unless you want to waste your time and money, I recommend refrain from visiting this place.
My wife decided to come here for her immigration medical. They are constantly changing their availability and trying to charge for more than they initially committed to. I would not trust these doctors, they are trying to capitalize on the less fortunate.
I've had great experiences with them as Immediate Care but as a WellNow office the experience was bad. I came in on Wednesday and its Saturday am I'm trying to get the results from a strep test and I cannot reach anyone. I'm still having all of the symptoms.
came back. idk why. same people. they still are so slow and so rude. literally any other one i've been to has been fine, idk what it is about this location.
