I walked into this clinic with a screaming three year old - ear infection. This clinic was incredibly accommodating. First, I called my husband and gave the phone to the person at the front desk to gather insurance information. They brought us back immediately and it was a very short wait until we saw the dr. Nurse and doctor more friendly and professional than Northwestern hospital, which is near where I live. Free samples of nasal spray. Highly recommend! Clean, efficient, and caring.

I came to this immediate care center after trying another one that was nearer to my house which had a 2 hour wait. I was promptly taken into a patient room after filling out a few pages of paperwork. The nurse who took my vitals seemed very knowledgeable. The doctor seemed new to the facility and somewhat nervous, but overall she took care of me quickly and I was out of there with a prescription for some antibiotics in about 45 min. Was here today for what I thought may have been strep throat. I found it to be impeccable service for the following reasons: -Seen almost immediately after filling out the standard patient background paperwork -Clean -Keurig coffee, bottled water, granola bars, and fruit snacks available in the waiting area -Friendly staff, from the intake at the front desk, to the nurse who took my blood pressure and did my strep test, to Dr. Valdez, who reviewed my symptoms, to the nurse who provided me with discharge instructions. -$30 c... read more

I came here with my girlfriend who needed to get stitches. I only have good things to say about the care she received. Everyone she encountered was warm and welcoming and had a lot of patience to make sure she was comfortable and treated very well. I highly recommend this clinic and would certainly come back.

Came in after injuring my ankle in after soccer. Know what a sprain is and this was much worse. Did not want to spend my time in an emergency room. Found out I ruptured my Achilles. No soccer for a while. Took awesome care of me. Highly recommend! Clean, efficient, and caring.

I've only been here once but had a great experience! Easy, free parking, no wait at all, very child-friendly nurses and doctor. The doctor (Dr Ian Horner) spoke directly to my five year old daughter, coaxing out more info about her symptoms than I had, then asked me to tell him more. We needed to get a urine sample, and they were super patient, though it took a few tries, giving my daughter juice, water, stickers, a doctor themed coloring book and lots of encouragement. Best vaccine ever! The nurse who gave me my flu shot which usually hurts a ton did a great job, my arm was not sore as it usually is after the shot. The place is nice and clean and the staff very friendly and professional.

Been here a couple times when I needed something looked at right away and my regular doctor's office is booked out and going to the ER was overkill. The receptionists, nurses, and doctors are all nice and professional. The medical staff were courteous, understanding and did their work as expected; in short, my experiences here met or exceeded expectations.
