This is a very nice community, and it was one of the community we were considering for my aunt. Our tour went very well. The community looked great, everything was well-kept. The staff we met was friendly, and our questions were answered. The experience went very well, but we did find another community that was the right fit for us. However this is a really nice community.

On my tour I got to see the community and thought they were fine. I had seen a room that was to far for my mom to walk to the dining room. The facility has long hallways with elevators. It is a good community but I was looking for a place with an easy walking layout. I had a good tour and they were all good just not the right fit.

Everything is working out pretty well since my mothers move to this community. It is a nice place, and I'am comfortable with her move here. They have an excellent staff, they have been kind and helpful. The community is well-kept. they do a great job with the cleanliness. She has gotten involved in the activities they have available for the residents. The meals are decent, but overall they are healthy meals. I know she is safe and in a good place. This is a community I would recommend.

I currently live at this community of personally think it is a resort! There isn’t anything that I don’t like. It is always clean, & everyone is friendly! Not to mention the food is great & there is always something to do! I feel safe & also my family feels the same as well! I would refer this community to anyone & their loved ones! Pine Ridge Plumbrook is a great place to be!
This is a very clean facility. I toured here with my mom and I was impressed. Briau did a great job and my mom really was comfortable within. We liked the apartment on the 1st floor. Mom isn’t ready to more yet but when she does it will be here.

I’ve lived here a few months and I love it. Everyone has been kind to me. I enjoy my dinner group that I eat with. The food is really good and I love the horse race activity. I want all my friends to move in.

The atmosphere of the facility is genuinely welcoming and friendly. The complex and furnishings are modern, very clean and well maintained. Staff members are accommodating, caring and compassionate and they do are great job in planning events and activities in/out of the facility (my dad really enjoyed the holiday parties and entertainment). Pine Ridge is a nice enough place, in terms of the facility itself and the attitudes of the staff. The staff is friendly and they do a good job keeping things looking clean and well kept. One issue families might want to look out for is that this community can be difficult to navigate for anyone who has any mobility issues. Getting to and from your room can be a problem.
I toured this place 2 weeks ago looking for a place for my mom. After visiting other communities, I chose this one because everyone was very nice. The lady who led out tour was very caring and genuine. I am very happy my mom is moving here. It is so clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the food and the cook came out and introduced himself. Everything was very delightful.
