The staff were amazingly wonderful, so easy to work with, and accommodating, and helpful. They were so kind, they seemed to look at each situation individually. I would recommend them to anyone. They seemed to have an awful lot of activities going on all the time. The food would be a five, it was wonderful.

This is a beautiful place with great services. My mother-in-law has high energy and is highly functional, I feel a place with a little more energy level would be a better fit for her at this time.

My mother was reluctant to move into assisted living. After only two days, she is VERY CONTENT at Pine Ridge. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and willing to do anything to make our family happy. My mother is anxious for her friends to visit and see how nice Pine Ridge is.

My wife & I had to downgrade from a 3 bedroom house with a basement & a 2 car garage to a 2-room apartment. But as good troopers we have adapted & will survive. The facility has become "home" much easier that I thought it would. Much of that comes from the staff from every part of the facility, office, kitchen, maintenance. About 3 weeks ago I turned in a a short list of items that needed some attention, within 2 days all was done neatly. Thank you. My main complaint is there is no staff in charge on weekends, holidays or after 5 pm. Sometimes college girls are at the front desk all night. The staff there are lovely and caring, they seem to care about their residents. I don't worry about abuse or theft. The food is less than good, pretty awful most times I ate with her. No maintenance staff after 5 either, something's wrong there. If you're not a morning person, there are no late activities after dinner. High turnover in staff probably due to poor pay.

We brought my parents here because my in-laws had a wonderful experience at Plumbrook for over 2 years. My mom and dad moved to Plumbrook 3 years ago and my dad since passed away. My mom has flourished in the community and is not only supported by friends she has made but also by the staff. My mom is very active in the community and she even leads some of the activities. The whole family is grateful for Plumbrook and how they have wrapped their arms around her. This is definately the best place for my mom.

My dad has lived at Pine Ridge for four years. I checked out several places prior to him moving there. There is a higher male population at Pine Ridge and I was very impressed with the staff and the fact they take an interest in the residents lives and families. The staff is very kind and caring and treat all the residents with a caring and respectful attitude. They have always been very helpful when we needed extra assistance.
