My grandparents live in this community & my family and I are so pleased with everything the community and staff do for them! I would refer family and friends and their loved ones here without any hesitation.
I visited the community for my Aunt and fell in love with the community. Very nice place. The people were nice and very friendly. My Aunt will be moving in.
I think they do a great job overall at Pine Ridge Retirement! The facility itself looks very nice. It is clean, and very nicely decorated without feeling "overdone", it has a very comfortable feel. The staff are all very friendly as well. They also do a good job with the food here, we've had a few meals here and enjoyed them.
Our senior advisor Paul [Removed] through out the year has help us with multiple choices for our mom to live. One was on the list was Pineridge community. As our journey with her has changed he not once but twice was supportive and helpful. Our mom is now living at Pine Ridge at Plumbrook and we have never seen her happier, it has only been a few months. From the moment we walked into the door the staff were warm and welcoming. I am little disappointed in this community. They are really good at selling the place, but not so good at helping you know if they can handle your needs. We had a big accident first day there and they still haven't followed up on taking care of our needs. I was also told they had a mentor system and this I still haven't seen. We may have to move somewhere else if our needs become more serious. I also listened to my mother's wants more than her needs. Pine Ridge if plumbrook is a great facility. My father was there for 7 days while me and my family went on vacation. He stayed in the respite apartment which was beautiful. They provided him with room services or dining room meals if he wanted, light housekeeping, activities, cable TV in his apartment, phone and 24 hr assistance. They took excellent care of my father and he wants to go back and visit. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone to place their loved one.
Very friendly
During our tours we were overwhelmingly pleased with Pine Ridge. It was a very nice looking community, the staff all seemed very friendly, and they had all sorts of activities going on to keep the residents entertained. However, my loved one ended up moving himself out shortly after moving in. He said things weren't clean, there was no hot water, his room was cold, etc. I don't know if they didn't do a good job explaining how to use their services to him and helping him adjust, or if they put on a good face just for tours, b... read more
The staff were amazingly wonderful, so easy to work with, and accommodating, and helpful. They were so kind, they seemed to look at each situation individually. I would recommend them to anyone. They seemed to have an awful lot of activities going on all the time. The food would be a five, it was wonderful.
