The complex itself was fine but we were completely mislead by the sales pitch regarding their "Right at Home" healthcare services. They told us that our parents could "age in place" and they could handle anything from independent living to Hospice. Once they moved in we were told they were not medical personnel and there was only so much they could do. There's a new management company coming in and it may end up I can no longer afford to live here.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience during my time in this community. One of the things they mess up was my medication. I wasn't pleased with the meals. The food needs improvement. The staff was alright. They did a good job with the cleanliness. Due to my experience, I would not recommend this community.
