I regret living here I refrained from posting this review because of the kindness of the staff. It wasn’t until an inappropriate interaction with the staff that I felt the need to post this. Honestly not a great place to live. Half naked people walking their pit bulls around the neighborhood. Loud over head jets. I’ve had 4 car crashes happen right outside my window waking me up in the middle of the night and keeping me up with the sirens, screams, and lights.
unacceptable I moved in less than a month ago.I asked for a parking permit the day I got the keys, I was told I had to wait till Utility company came out, then I was told the gas company had to come out..Now they tell me they have no poles to secure my parking spot. I'm truly fed up walking a half mile to my apt at 2am. Needless to say when I moved in, the freezer had a awful stench, and I had to wait a couple of days before anything was done about it..Thank GOD I still had the old apt. Stay Away, Please!!! Please movie in if you love insects in your home such as water bugs (roaches) and any insect from the roach family, small and big spiders. The exterminator sprays but it does not resolve the issue. Since New Leasing Mgmt. took over it was truly a journey. The patios and balconies are in no shape for furniture, until they demolish the entire apartments, maybe the residents will stay. Poor office Lived here for a couple months. I like the apartments themselves. Maintainence was quick to respond to service request which I was skepical of. All apartment complexes have good and bad issues. But be mindful of the fact that these previous reviews are extremely similiar. You mean to tell me that these reviews are posting one day after another. I can tell You most residents of pines are not going to post reviews saying the exact same thing one day after another. Unsatisfied, will not recommend Very unhappy with the current management team. We were relocating and huge charges were put under our name. Beware and stay away. From a customer who stayed there 3.5 years and was happy with all previous management except the current one. No kindness or politeness to residents/customers. Worst people and experience ever death with.
