Wonderfull staff, great place and location to live! Theyre always incredible to work with any time I have an issue or even a simple question. They respond quickly to maintenance issues and take such good care of the grounds and apartments. Theyre very prompt and always helpful! Definitely the best place Ive lived at so far.

Verified Renter Im not pleased with the flooding of the parking lot when it rains. I purchased a new car this year and I am so scared of getting flood damage. I have to move my car every time it rains and park far away from my building so that its not sitting in water. Im also disappointed in the quality of the dryer. It takes several cycles to dry loads even after its had a maintenance work order completed and Im not used to that at all. I am pleased with how prompt the maintenance employees are though.
Pines Of York I have never felt so secure in my life; I am in the military and away allot and we would still be at Pines Of York but I got transferred. I was able to leave my wife behind with a peace of mind when going on deployments. If we are ever in the area again, we will be back to the Pines Of York. The manager and maintenance are the best. They do whatever we ask and in a timely manner. I would recommend Pines Of York to family friends and anyone who asks.
