Pines Of York This community is peaceful and calm. The appartment are good and well maintained. The environment is neat and well taken care of. I'm really enjoying my stay here and I will recommend this community to anyone who wishes to change environment.
Pines OF York My girlfriend and I love Pines Of York Apartments. We feel safe, close to all the locations that we frequent, and the few maintenance requests that we have needed have all been handled incredibly quickly and efficiently. The office staff is friendly and always makes you feel welcome. We are glad to be spending a second year with Pines of York Apartments!
No place like home Pines of York is my home. I have lived at different apartment communities in my life time and each complex has had its ups and down. No where is perfect. We do not live in a perfect world. People make mistakes, after all we are all human. I decided to write a review as I just renewed my lease contract today for another year. Resident for 2 Years Just signed a new lease. Love it here. Nice, quite, maintenance work orders completed in a timely manner and office staff is always friendly.

Highly recommed!! Recently moved into Pines of York. I'd give them a 10 star rating if it were possible! I'm very pleased with my apartment. The office staff Mariska and Nancy was extremely helpful. I can truly say it feels like home here! If you haven't found a place to call home I highly suggest you check in with them.
This is home. I have lived at Pines of York for 6 1/2 years. I am very pleased with the apartment. The current office staff is especially helpful to me. I like them better than the previous management team that was in charge. They were not friendly at all. The new people treat me with respect which in turn I treat them the same way.
Pines of York is where it's at! Being married in the military apartments.com sure does come in handy! Pines of York Apartments in Yorktown,Va. are not too shabby. The location is wonderful, as we live close to pretty much everything. The apartment appliances may be a little outdated but still doable. We never have problems with neighbors being too loud and everyone is pretty friendly. The only complaint is the management. Persistent AC Problems and Poor Maintenance My experience has been very disappointing. The biggest issue is that management rarely responds to maintenance requests. We have submitted multiple work orders, but many receive no response at all, and problems remain unresolved for weeks. In addition, the air conditioning has not worked properly for a long time, leaving the apartment uncomfortably hot. Even after several maintenance visits, the issue has never been fully fixed. Avoid if You Expect Working Air Conditioning I would not recommend living here. The AC does not work properly, and the apartment regularly reaches 80+ degrees inside, making it extremely uncomfortable to live in. Maintenance has come out multiple times, but the issue still has not been fixed. It’s frustrating to keep reporting the same problem without any real solution. Other neighbors have mentioned experiencing the same AC problems as well, so this does not seem like an isolated issue.
