Great apartments I've lived here for almost 2 years now, and I really like the apartments. Nice neighborhood atmosphere, mostly pretty quiet and friendly. Apartment is a really great size. Maintenance has always been prompt and friendly. Groundskeeping is done regularly so the complex looks very pretty.

Definitely Recommend Pines of York This apartment complex is fantastic! I lived here for almost 3 years and really enjoyed it. The entire staff is super friendly and easy to work with. You can tell that they really care about the folks that live here! The guys that do the apartment maintenance are super quick to fix issues. I had a one bedroom, which included in unit laundry, which was super convenient. The apartment was generously sized and kept in great condition. I always felt safe here.
