We pretty much look out for each other, the management staff is great they keep us up on everything that going on in the building and what to watch out for in the neighborhood. You are close around the stores/bus stops/hospital/university and the fabulous lake front.

Your neighbors always look out for you/accessibility to stores/bus stop/hospital and even the lake front is in walking distance. Most important good security and police appearance is always around.
Verified Renter This apartment is quite comfortable and very strategic if you are a student at the University of Chicago or work around the UChicago campus. Management services are very friendly and ready to help anytime if we encounter difficulties.
Verified Renter The location, ammendities (like the gym), space and price (with utilities) is great, surely great value. The building unfortunately is old and needs lots of maintenance. Maintenance service is great for emergency 24/7, but for non-urgent services it is not always fully completed. Also, the laundry machines do not work well...
