Verified Renter Plaisance offers reasonably priced rent in an upcoming area. Apartments are more updated than most apartments in the area for a similar or cheaper price. In-building gym and laundry are major assets. However, more emphasis should be placed on preventative maintenance
Nice studios but needs UPGRADES Pros: Very quiet building and respectful neighbors. Manager is very responsive with inquiries. In a good location / safe neighborhood. Very well kept exterior with a landscaping company coming often to take care of the plants/bushes/grass out front. Lobby is clean and so is the gym. Cons: this building needs A MAJOR UPGRADE. Old Building, but very helpful staff The Building manager was more than helpful when I had a request and the move in-move out process went as good as I could have hoped for. As a student, I was happy overall with the experience for 2 years span I was there.

Plaisance Apartmants It's really quiet and cozy. Well kept as well. Everything is conveniently close and they don good job at taking care of the building. I really love it.
