Verified Renter I have been living here for years it's close to th3 bus stops/hospital/stores and if you don't have a car everything is in walking distance. The manager is great and refreshing making good changes to the building and maintenance comes in do the work and get it done, they also follows all ppe procedures. I can't wait to see what they do for the building during Christmas season.

Verified Renter Plaisance offers reasonably priced rent in an upcoming area. Apartments are more updated than most apartments in the area for a similar or cheaper price. In-building gym and laundry are major assets. However, more emphasis should be placed on preventative maintenance
Nice studios but needs UPGRADES Pros: Very quiet building and respectful neighbors. Manager is very responsive with inquiries. In a good location / safe neighborhood. Very well kept exterior with a landscaping company coming often to take care of the plants/bushes/grass out front. Lobby is clean and so is the gym. Cons: this building needs A MAJOR UPGRADE. Old Building, but very helpful staff The Building manager was more than helpful when I had a request and the move in-move out process went as good as I could have hoped for. As a student, I was happy overall with the experience for 2 years span I was there.
Plaisance Apartmants It's really quiet and cozy. Well kept as well. Everything is conveniently close and they don good job at taking care of the building. I really love it.
Verified Renter I’ve been a resident here for a couple of years now, and I feel that the quality has fallen down a bit since the new manager took over. Since then, I’ve had several packages stolen from the reception area(the people dropping the packages off don’t put them in the lockers), the many of the facilities have been breaking down or don’t work properly(elevators, washing machines, etc), and maintenance requests seem to be ignored.
