Amazing process and transparent pricing. I called about 6 months ago to inquire and they gave me so much info about themselves as well as NADCA certifications and had me read up on that. I let them know I was looking around and they warned me of non-NADCA certified cleaners and told me where I could find a list of ***************! The techs were on time, professional and courteous. They explained what they would be doing and answered all my questions. I have used Planet Duct before and I have found they always do an excellent job and I have been pleased with their work and I would hire them again!

The team was very professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves, put everything back in place, cleaned the dryer itself and uploaded photos for me but mostly i appreciate them using shoe covers to protect my floors. Fair priced as well. I will be a repeat customer

We were having a problem with the new dryer---it shut down after 10 minutes, and it didn't dry anything. I was ready to get rid of it, but decided to get another opinion on the cause of the problem. I called Planet Duct and they came the next day. ******* knew immediately the problem was with the dryer duct, not the dryer itself.
