We were having a problem with the new dryer---it shut down after 10 minutes, and it didn't dry anything. I was ready to get rid of it, but decided to get another opinion on the cause of the problem. I called Planet Duct and they came the next day. ******* knew immediately the problem was with the dryer duct, not the dryer itself. These guys got us scheduled quickly, were less expensive than others, and wonderfully professional and courteous. They were right on time, used protective materials on all of the carpets and corners, and finished exactly when they said they would. If I'd realized what a difference this would make in our air quality, I would have done it years ago. We're going to schedule with them regularly from now on. Very pleased.

Great job! The crew showed up on time and left our house spotless. We are very happy with the duct cleaning and dryer cleaning they completed.
They arrived on time and even called first. They did an excellent job and even cleaned out my dryer vent which was full of stuff would recommend them to any one looking to have their ducts cleaned , very well done guys.
