Brandon continues to WOW us! His company had cleaned our ducts and also, the dryer vent. We continued to have problems with our dryer (had to run the cycle several times to get clothes dry) and today, Brandon came out and fixed the problem! We very much appreciate the time he took in fixing the difficulty. If you are in need of any of these services, we highly recommend this company. Thanks again, Brandon!

Jordan and Tyler just finished clearning our air duct sytem and dryer vent. What an awesome pair of professionals. They are certified and their actions show they know what they are doing. They are both personable and aware of the fact they are working in someone's home. They informed us of the air duct process of cleaning, they put down protective rugs on the carpet, they wore masks and shoe protectors the entire stay. Brandon D. and Jordan did a phenomenal job cleaning my house's ducts and the dryer vent. They were very professional and courteous. My house is 15 years old and this is the first time I've had the service completed. During their work today, they found two large pieces of fiberglass insulation in the ducting. This company is FANTASTIC!! Not only did Brendon come to our house on a Sunday on short notice, he immediately analyzed the problem we were having with water in the ducts from a previous tenant and he had the right solution. He cleaned out the water as much as possible while he was here, ran a sensor thru all the ducts, and did a thorough inspection of all duct work, including to the furnace. I had Planet Duct here yesterday and they did an amazing job. From being masked for COVIS19 to putting on shoe covers, the two uniformed gentlemen were polite, courteous, and very professional. They answered quite a few questions for me to help me understand the process. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone else needing their ducts cleaned!
