Hassle free transaction. I had been looking for a very specific Mercedes for six months and happened on an amazing deal at Platinum Autohaus. I live all the way out in Maine so I had to purchase without inspecting the vehicle in person. The transaction was low pressure and extremely easy. Neil was great and very accommodating.
