Very Satisfied and Very Impressed. This was my first experience with Platinum Autohaus, and I would be lying if I said that I didn't have my concerns. I don't live in the immediate area, so making the decision was not as easy for me as it might be for others. But I was able to have a local family member see, inspect and drive the car, and then the team at Platinum (Andy & Neal) helped me arrange for the car to be thoroughly inspected. I could not have asked for a better experience. I worked with Neil and from the time I first spoke to him to the end of the transaction, he was on time and always ready with the paperwork. I bought this car via the website and had it shipped to Florida. He made sure all documents were correct, FedEx to me and return, and took care of items USAA needed. Started the process on Monday and had the car in my driveway the next Monday. The car was exactly as shown and I am extremely happy with Neil and the dealership.

Like so many others here, I found my dream car at Platinum Autohaus! A stunning 2008 Bentley Continental GTC - flawless and a real head-turner! What a great place to find and buy a car. Andy was the best, I found my perfect Porsche Boxster, and I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I really Love this car and Andy made it the best car buying experience I have ever had. Definitely will recommend these folks to everyone I know.

My husband and I are beyond amazed the time Jim and his son took out of their schedule to make my husbands day. They let us into the showroom after they saw us admiring their beautiful cars even though we told them we could never afford something of that caliber. Seeing the excitement my husband has for cars they let us sit in and drive their Bentley. We are beyond grateful for that experience and my husband will remember that for a lifetime. Thank you!

I purchased a BMW M5 from Platinum Autohaus, Neil and Kevin were great to deal with... The made the car buying experience smooth and easy. Kevin had vast knowledge of the BMW cars and easily answered all of my questions. Neil was courteous and professional making the sale fast and simple. The car was delivered to me detailed like it came off of the showroom floor.
