Very enjoyable experience Great experience. Very rarely write good reviews but awesome experience. Bought the car from out of state, they held the car for me for a couple days, removed the listing from the website, and signed all the paperwork in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service and buying experience!! First of all excellent customer service. Drove up from San Francisco on Sunday to see what was available because sometimes you have to be on site at the dealership. We were there pretty much all deciding on what car to buy. Josh and Neil were so accommodating when my wife needed to breastfeed they gave her a private office to do so. Wonderful Experience We had a really great experience with Platinum Auto Haus! I’m sure we will be repeat customers! Alex was absolutely amazing and so friendly! Neil worked so hard to get us the best financing option, and in the end got us an unheard of amazing rate!! The Range Rover we bought only had one key, we didn’t try to negotiate on price, there is only so much room in a deal, but Alex got us a second key from the dealer!! Can’t recommend this dealership enough!
