The wait was minimal which was great, but we are pretty sure they put us in a room and forgot about us (we heard them say so in the hall). The provider did not listen, judged previous diagnosis and dismissed us. Did not do a full exam but I guarantee we will be charged as if they did. My 15 year old was really not happy when we left and said the doctor didn’t listen to him and he thought it was a waste of time.

PM peds has missed two fractures in my son recently! So disappointing! Luckily, we knew something was off and got a second opinion with an ortho and in fact he had breaks both times!

The Dr. Was extremely sweet and kind. The front desk receptionist dosent appear to be happy in her job. Shes rude, unkind, talking personal business with a patient mother, with others on line waiting to checkin. It was simply, unprofessional and had no care for who was waiting with sick children to check in. Possibly, re education, classes? Person at the front desk wasn't helpfull at all. Wasn't rude, just lack of interest in help us.
