Your website says that the average wait time is five minutes. We waited over an hour and then decided to leave and go to Patient First. They saw us right away. We were told there was only one doctor there and that we would have to be squeezed in between appointments. What’s the point of calling yourselves urgent care when there’s only one doctor there and you have to wait so long. Poor management for sure.

I had a schedule appointment for my two boys under two years old. I waited for two hours. This was during their nap time and they were absolutely losing it just to have a nurse practitioner come in eventually to tell me that she can’t give me anything for a really bad sinus infections that have been going on for over 2 1/2 weeks Then she finally said that they can take Zyrtec that only messed them up last night won’t be giving that to them again terrible experience

I would give zero rating if I could. This was the closest open office to me. I came by at 9pm on Friday with my 3 yo daughter, who hit her head and had a good amount of blood running down her face. The front desk person- not concerned at all.. just looked at me and asked if we had an appt.. no it's an urgent care.. she looked right at my bleeding daughter and said they were not accepting any more appt and it was by appt only. Our provider and nurse were understanding and efficient. They were really sweet and provided the experience we always love and expect from PM peds. The lady at the front desk would rather have been ANYWHERE else. I mean she probably would’ve preferred to be walking barefoot on legos or her very own norovirus experience. We came in almost thirty minutes before closing but waited around for 5-10 minutes before she came up to the front from whatever she was doing in the back (not a big deal at all, it’s a busy season). We were there for over 2 hours. They forgot about us, while my son had a nebulizer treatment, we stopped it when we saw it was looking finished. The nurse popped in later to ask us if anyone came in to check us? We told her No and she said the doctor should be back soon. She finally came back. I’ve never had to wait that long at PM Peds and we normally come to PMPeds for my kids. Thank you.
My child received x-rays by someone who rushed, didn’t take proper photos and now I am dealing with a 3 year old who was misdiagnosed. They do not have X-Ray technicians and do not disclose that they aren’t actually trained to treat fractures. A waste of time and money.
