The staff was wonderful, the facility was clean, and we were in/out promptly. This was our first visit and we will absolutely be coming back for any future ailments.

Person at the front desk wasn't helpfull at all. Wasn't rude, just lack of interest in help us.

Your website says that the average wait time is five minutes. We waited over an hour and then decided to leave and go to Patient First. They saw us right away. We were told there was only one doctor there and that we would have to be squeezed in between appointments. What’s the point of calling yourselves urgent care when there’s only one doctor there and you have to wait so long. Poor management for sure.

I had a schedule appointment for my two boys under two years old. I waited for two hours. This was during their nap time and they were absolutely losing it just to have a nurse practitioner come in eventually to tell me that she can’t give me anything for a really bad sinus infections that have been going on for over 2 1/2 weeks Then she finally said that they can take Zyrtec that only messed them up last night won’t be giving that to them again terrible experience
