We had an appointment time, but did not go in until about 15-20minutes after the time. Overall, staff seemed nice and were polite. My child ended up being ok, but I’d say subpar exam was performed by practitioner. She did give some good advice.

My son's visit went great! The nurse and the NP were very patient with my son, took care of our needs. We were a walk in and we did not have to wait at all. As soon as we finished registration, they took us back and we were in and out. I definitely recommend and will be back if needed.
