Long wait. We had to wait for almost 2 hr. What is the point of having an appointment after all. When we asked the nurse if there is someone coming or how long do we have to wait, her answer was " People have been waiting for 3 hours". To us it sounded like, wth are you complaining about. Very unprofessional staff & providers. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KID THERE

Waiting three hours before see the doctor

The doctor’s diagnosis was incorrect which led to an unnecessary expensive ER visit. The doctor was also very condescending and would not listen during the child’s exam.

I was not informed that only a nurse practitioner was on duty, not a doctor. The nurse practitioner was very rude and condescending. She didn’t even let me finish describing my child’s symptoms, and jumped to conclusion immediately. Of the mere 5 mins she spent with us, she had the audicity to question if I was in the medical field because I had brought up my concern regarding a medical condition. Did not diagnose my child’s illness correctly. Dr should take more time discussing symptoms. Waste of time and money.

My son had a spring allergy and complained about ear pain, no fever just runny nose, itchy eyes. There was no doctor to see him in PM Pediatric, just the nurse practitioner. She asked which ear is in pain and took the tools to see if there is any infection. "Yes, she said, I see infection", and she prescribed antibiotic for 7 days for the ear infection and Zyrtec for the allergy. My son took Zyrtec and the ear pain diapered. Experience with support staff — from front desk to nurse/medical assistant was good. However, our experience with the on-staff doctor deserves exactly zero stars.
