The doctor and nurse were wonderful with my son to distract him.

My son's visit went great! The nurse and the NP were very patient with my son, took care of our needs. We were a walk in and we did not have to wait at all. As soon as we finished registration, they took us back and we were in and out. I definitely recommend and will be back if needed.

I made a 7:30pm appointment, got there at 7:20pm and did not get taken back until 8:15pm. My daughter and I then waited in the room for another 30 minutes. My daughter was also misgendered twice by the MA and the MD.

Their website is broken and always says 5 min wait, even when there are 10 people in the waiting room. We only tried this office our because our normal place had a hour wait only to come in and be told it was also 1h wait. Their checkin software/process was super painful. The medical was good. I assume it's a business decision to keep the broken website saying 5 min wait, instead of just taking down til fixed, hence my 1 star.

Long wait. We had to wait for almost 2 hr. What is the point of having an appointment after all. When we asked the nurse if there is someone coming or how long do we have to wait, her answer was " People have been waiting for 3 hours". To us it sounded like, wth are you complaining about. Very unprofessional staff & providers. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KID THERE

Waiting three hours before see the doctor

The doctor’s diagnosis was incorrect which led to an unnecessary expensive ER visit. The doctor was also very condescending and would not listen during the child’s exam.

I was not informed that only a nurse practitioner was on duty, not a doctor. The nurse practitioner was very rude and condescending. She didn’t even let me finish describing my child’s symptoms, and jumped to conclusion immediately. Of the mere 5 mins she spent with us, she had the audicity to question if I was in the medical field because I had brought up my concern regarding a medical condition.
