My experience was ok, the only thing that could have been better was that the last visit you guys should have taken into consideration that my son was previously in your office 2/3 times already and still had an on and off fever. During that last visit instead of stating “viral” you guys could have recommended us to the ER. On 2/9 we took our son to the WMC children’s ER and come to find out he has pneumonia and mycoplasma pneumonia, he is now taking 2 antibiotics, amoxicillin and liquid Z-pack. The front desk was very friendly. The nurse was rough with my son’s test and not communicating well. They only tested him for strep, because of his soar throat. The test was negative and we went home. However, through the evening and today his symptoms have gotten significant worse, now including a fever, cough and runny nose. Overall, I just felt rushed and like my child was not being thoughtfully cared for.

Very disappointed with the lack of urgency at PM Pediatrics on Central Avenue. This is an urgent care, and having a 9-month-old with a high fever wait about an hour is already unacceptable. On top of that, a 17-year-old walk-in patient with a scratched eye was brought in after us and was seen before my baby, which was ridiculous and very upsetting as a parent. Dr. Rivera called my husband and I “ F*** idiots” out loud because we took 10 seconds right remove our sons shirt because she was in such a rush. As a medical professional this was the MOST unprofessional encounter ever. I will never ever be taking my son to this place again.

Horrible treatment towards patients. The doctor was clearly uninterested in treating the patient. When the doctor was told of a health condition of the patient she was cold towards the family and was in a rush to get out of the room. Did not wanted to explain anything even if asked, and just gave a quick overview of what could be the cause. Never gave a clear explanation or an actual treatment to follow just said give him medicine.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider. The doctor was physically and emotionally aggressive, rude and had no bedside manner whatsoever when dealing with a nervous child. Have had no issues over the years with other doctors at this facility. The other staff is very friendly and helpful, as always.

I brought my daughter in due to concerns about her symptoms, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The doctor was very cold and dismissive, and simply said she was “fine” and had a cold without much explanation. There was no reassurance, warmth, or effort to address my concerns as a parent. She kept telling me to suction. When you’re worried about your child, bedside manner and clear communication really matter, and this visit fell short.
