We came in 2 weeks ago Sunday for congestion and runny nose. My daughter was diagnosed with a sinus infection and given antibiotics. 6-7 days later my daughter developed a rash all over her face and body. We brought back in on a Sunday to urgent care and were told it was Coxsakie (hand, foot and mouth). We asked if it could be a reaction to the medication and advised absolutely not and to finish the course of antibiotic. We are not medical professionals but the diagnosis seemed wrong. Why are you sending me this survey? I did not visit PM pediatrics recently.
The doctor did not thoroughly examine my child. The visit was rushed and the diagnosis was incorrect. I had to take my child to another Urgent Care and he was diagnosed with swimmers ear. The doctor prescribed my son an antibiotic and steroid ear drop. Additionally, the doctor prescribed my son an antibiotic for his stye that was located on his right eye.

Complete waste of time. Rude receptionist. Incompetent doctor. Nurse was nice though. Did not help us. Regret going. Have told everyone I know.

Very bad experience I had yesterday with them the recipient was very rude with me I had to wait one and half our to let my daughter in ,and the recipient was so mean to me because one I shed her one will be my turn and she said I was about to call you with rough tone and she called other one ,and my daughter was severely coughing, I will never go back there ,unbelievable 😢

Very slow, we had an appointment but waited 1 hour to be called to the back. Then another 20 minutes for vitals and another 20 for doctor. It was late at night and we wanted to go. but I liked being able to see the position to be called.
